Not a popular thing to say on here but a huge percentage of these kids have massive amounts of chronic infections, gut issues and inflammation driving their behavior and addressing the medical causes via diet, supplements, detox and other alternative methods can make a world of a difference. Not easy or simple or cheap, but can result in true healing.
From a parent who's been there.
