I used a regular velvet band for my lace front wig. My shaitel macher is telling me to get the new style one that has a lace front on it and it’s thinner.
Anyone have it? Is it really better?

The wig lays flatter on your head. I noticed it around the ears the most.

there are ones with plastic string in the back that are even thinner. wig guru makes ones with velcro on the bottom, silicon grip on the top of the velvet band and a plastic string..my favorite one so far.

Yes they are 100% better than the velvet at the back. Although I didn't notice a big difference with the added sillicon strip. I got them for $8 each though a little different but same adjustable stretchy strap at the back

TYSM for sharing that link! I am going to order one. I’ve used the ‘nude’ color velvet bands for my LF sheitels. I **REALLY** could use one of these!!
