Any help with ideas? I see so many awesome menus and recipe ideas, not all are practical for larger crowds, I need things that are simpler and easier but also special for for Yom tov and just yum I'm good in the kitchen but don't want to spend the next 3 days ONLY cooking! Pease help! Thank you!

Side of salmon
Cucumber salad (use food processor to slice) & cole slaw with lemon, or cabbage salad
Minute steak- easy to bake low and slow in large pans, no need to slice so easy to serve.
Chicken thighs made with a nice glaze
Orzo (stovetop)
Rice (oven)
Roasted vegetables

Appetizer:
Salad
Fish salmon/gefilte fish
Dips
Night meals: chicken soup/ vegetable soup
Meat:
Roast(overnight on low oven tightly covered/ slice before yom Tov if possible)
Meatballs in tomato sauce
Schnitzel/grilled chicken
Chicken on the bone(one with duck or bbq sauce/ other kind of spices)
Deli roll
Chicken stir fry in mushroom sauce
Sides:
Roasted potatoes
Potato kugel
Rice
Orzo or farfel/Israeli couscous
Cranberry kugel
Apple crisp
Green beans
Roasted cauliflower/ brocoli
Roasted vegetables
Ratatouille
Desserts:
Ice cream
Chocolate pie
Pareve cream cheese pie
Lemon pie
Repurpose leftovers!!!
