Of course she needs makeup.
Go to a high end department store that is closest to you and choose a makeup counter. Clinique or MAC could be good choices. Make it a fun day. If you have time go in advance on your own to scout out which makeup counter has the nicest help and fits your price range. You don’t have to spend a fortune. Buy two or three things and supplement afterwards from your local drug store.
