Justin has some really excellent music. His song Lonely is one I’ve always connected to a lot since it was released. Some of the lyrics are “everybody knows my past now, like my house was always made of glass. Maybe that’s the price you pay for the money and fame at an early age…” Hits home even more now.

When I heard the song “lonely” I cried and I told my friend that I was with at the time that the song freaks me out because it’s obviously very real and I wonder what horrors he’s been put through by the celebrities that made him famous . Now that this is all coming out I’m thinking it was worse then I thought. Most likely a lot of horrific s-xual abuse .

I always feel bad for child celebrities & child actors on movies & TV shows.....
I think that it's a form of abuse to expose a child to that lifestyle and put them through that. So many child actors grow up to be very messed up adults.

I think about little kids cast in horrific rated R movies that turn an adult brain inside out. How are they supposed to turn out normal? And this is without making it big and being vulnerable to the creeps of Hollywood.

There are soooo many videos of him being harassed and inappropriate behavior, from other celebrities to talk show hosts. When he was in his early teens adult women talking about how hot he is or kissing him or grabbing him. Super disgusting, he clearly looks SO uncomfortable in all of these videos and it’s really sad. I didn’t know anything more serious happened like actual abuse but that wouldn’t surprise me

His song lonely is so vulnerable, open and honest and is my favorite thing he’s ever done. It’s so raw and a real glimpse at how his life has effected him

I do feel really bad for him and everything he’s gone through

Not quite the same but there was a modern family episode where the kids caught their parents in bed. The kid who played Luke. He was very young at the time like maybe eight or nine. He says that he didn't understand what he was filming until years later

A lot of it depends on the direction and the way the scenes are broken up and filmed

I feel for him as a human and former child.
Can’t say I’m worrying about him now.
I happen to live his music. I don’t really listen to non Jewish music but his music is like a guilty pleasure for me. Just beware he recently came out with a gospel album and I not knowingly watched a YouTube clip of him performing a stunning song with incredible emotion that I was really. Unfortunately there must be way more abuse that was/is being covered up.
Hollywood is a cesspool of fame hungry wannabe celebrities who are taken advantage of by the powers that be who can give it to them in exchange for their submission.

Regarding empathy, we can be emphatic to as many people as our hearts desire.
Just because JB isn't Jewish we can still pity him for what he was subjected to.
Am I wrong for feeling empathy towards JLO for her 4 failed marriages and many more failed relationships? No.
