LOL I can totally see myself doing that! And then feel guilty over eating about ten dollars' worth of food in one sitting.

Not raw or frozen, but when I steam broccoli I eat most of it straight from the pot.

No guilt. I worked to earn the money, I shopped for it, I shlepped it home on my back (along with all the other groceries), I cooked it, and Dadgum it, I'm eating it! I'm also the one who throws out the leftover bits , when I leave some for someone else, after they turn interesting colors in the fridge a week later. So, heck, yeah, I'm polishing it off.

OT but did you know men and children suffer from refrigerator blindness? It's a condition that makes them unable to see anything in the fridge that is not front and center, new and unopened, and unhealthy.

Yes because I roast it until it’s crispy and the entire bag gets shriveled down to three bitesπŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Was this thread meant to be a humble brag? I'm sitting here with a bag of potato chips and a package of cheddar cheese at 2 am. And a package of honey cookies.

And I just polished of three! bags of bbq corn chips, small ones thankfully, but I feel gross nonetheless.... Ewww, now I need something sweet to wash it down with. And so the cycle continues...

I do this all the time. I do feel guilty about the money, because it's an expensive snack. But still.

"mommy, can I have a tree?"

NO! IT'S ALL MINE. (Just kidding. I let them eat. It's takes away some of the guilt. 😁)

I'm hoping it's cooked first??? πŸ˜‚ But, no, never had such taivas. Substitute chips or ice cream or mac and cheese (the boxes are single serving, right?).

It doesn't. There are lots of cheaper but still healthy veggies that don't have to be checked.

My kids do it with the broccoli when it's roasted from frozen and nice and browned.
