I just tried looking this up online and everything I am finding is months old. Where did you get this update? Has there been any better news since you posted here?

Is there any reliable source that I can find about this? I'm not doubting it but I was trying to get someone (I'm being very vague) to try to assist on government level (not in the USA). We then couldn't get any updated info and stopped following up with that person. I would like to get in touch with that person (it's a very very long shot) but they will need source to the info.
