What bowl can I put sourdough into fridge overnight once shaped?

I usually use banneton but I’ll be doubling batch for yom tov and don’t have enough of them..

I used a glass bowl but the top didn’t come out smooth…

I use a glass bowl and snap cover from amazing savings. I line it with paper towel and sprinkled white rice flour.

Line a Dutch oven or pot/pan with a flour sack dish towel.

Line a colander with a dishtowel. You need the air circulation.
