My little guys have worn jeggings until about kindergarten when they outgrow. Then my boys go into pants . Lately I purchase kidichik. They are skinny leg but not tight tight. I don't think boys should wear skin tight pants and honestly mist of them look very uncomfortable.

OP these children’s place pants are exactly what you are looking for. They’re the best “next step” after leggings. They run true to size. Get the slim version if your kid isnt chubby. They’re available on Amazon too. Different colors.
