My kids only sleep through the night once they are sleep trained. Otherwise they wake up a lot!

Eh... We didn't last getting her till after carpool. She was falling on her face tired. Kept kvetching and putting her face in my neck. She was more than ready to sleep! So, that was almost two and half hours from her wake up. It'll be a short nap cuz I need to wake her up in about an hour and 15 minutes, the latest.
Not sure if this is the route to go. She obviously needs this napping still.
Maybe I'll just make sure she's awake later by 5 and give her food then with the family.
I think this will be trial and error.
