Ive been to glatt ala carte MANY TIMES, great food... but looking for a change. What's good? Not the MOST expensive and has a good chassidish Hechsher?

The loft is a favorite
In the city there are tons more
Both really good places:
Mikes bistro
Le marias
Reserve cut or tabernacle if you’re interested in spending more

Not too expensive.
We love jerusalem steakhouse.
Great food
Large portions
Great prices
Friendly warm atmosphere but not high end nyc style if that's what your looking for

Tabernacle has an OU I think but we called and they used Chasidish fleish and the mashgiach was Chasidish (this was 2 years ago - so call again)
Reserve Cut is supposed to be great but I’ve never been and I think it’s OU (great Hechsher but not for everyone)
Loft has a good Hechsher
Bison & Bourbon has I think Tartikov
Salt in Deal, NJ area has a good Hechsher
Seared in NJ had a good Hechsher

Did you look into Yakar? It's a small newish steakhouse in Flatbush with a chassidish hechsher. We had a really nice experience there and it was well priced.
