Seder Kriah would have been my first thought...

A couple things I've used over the years:
https://torahgames.org/game/ - I'd recommend the "AlefBeis Game" for this stage, then "Nekudos Falls"

https://ziggawat.com/books/ - has some fun stories with tricks for remembering the letters.

https://www.pinterest.com/pin/.....6834/ - a chart with some mnemonics for remembering the letters

Are you in America or Israel?

I'm in America but OOT.

Thanks for all the suggestions being posted, I appreciate it!

I set up a simple computer game for DD to address the letters she occasionally confuses. (I know about Torah Games but there is so much "fluff" going on with the games I feel like it sometimes doesn't provide that much practice.)

Next step I'll have the game let her match nekudah to letter to make a sound (computer plays "ah," she needs to drag the patach under the alef).

The evaluation route is right now still too vague and threateningly expensive for me to feel confident going forward. But keeping it in mind.

One other resource I used is pretty niche, and I suspect your daughter isn't quite there yet, but in case it helps...

I had a daughter that was struggling with reading but loved Uno. For just the blending aspect, this game was good in English - basically, instead of Uno where you match the color or number, in Blah Blah Blah a match is if it has the same letter (regardless of position), or in more advanced versions, the sounds. https://mrswordsmith.com/colle.....rsion

When it came to blending in Kriah, I adapted this Flashcard game from chinuch.org and played it like the Blah Blah Blah game, printing out just the one syllable words: https://www.chinuch.org/item_d.....rdsth

Thank you! Not there quite yet, but I can see that being very helpful in the near future.
