Never been such a big freezer, but I want to start now that we have all these three day yuntifs. Can people share what they have found freezes beautifully? Specifically sides. I know that squash, sweet potato and fruit kugels freeze well and meatballs. What else?
eta: I saw a post on dips which all look AMAZING... if anyone has dips recipes that freeze well, please share!!!

Many things freeze really well. I'm sure there's more but this is what I can think of off the top of my head:
Cakes/cookies
Desserts such as pies, mousse, etc.
Challah
Soup
Meats
Chicken on the bone cooked in sauce
Breaded, raw schnitzel (then I defrost and fry fresh on erev y"t)
I also will prep and freeze chicken in a marinade so can just be defrosted and grilled right before y"t
Pumpkin/carrot kugel or muffins
Noodle kugel
Mushroom bourekas
Deli roll
Meatballs
Meat knish
Butternut squash kugel
