My child is a young teen and is not happy this year. No abuse, nothing wrong, just not happy with themself. Feeling they are more inhibited in social situations in school..child is very open with dh and myself.

Depression runs strongly in DHs family.

I'm hoping hoping hoping it's not depression... Please Hashem!

If you have a child whose depression came out in teenage years, what did it look like? What helped?
