Give them a toy and tell them not to go to sleep just play in bed. When you remove the pressure to sleep they fall asleep.

It's 10:30 on the east coast and I have tried that one already.

Fail means I tried everything. We went through our bedtime routine from bath onwards. Kids didn't fall asleep. Kept coming out. Did another round snacks distractions songs. Still didn't fall asleep. Crying or just not falling asleep. Do every other trick I've ever thought of or heard on this forum. Still no luck.

(I can't let my last kid cry out because then the others will wake up.)
