7 litre mixer for 5lb Challah dough?

I would like to buy a mixer for challah dough.
My challah recipe calls for 5lbs flour.
Will a 7 litre mixing bowl be large enough to hold my dough?
That's the largest I see online before it gets to the commercial sizes.

I use the Bosch mixer for my 5 lb challah recipe. Works great. I have the mixer that comes with a plastic bowl. The Bosch with the metal bowl is even stronger
