Only I can't find the recipe, it was years ago.
Involves sauteed onions, I think, and loads of butter.
(Well, that's gonna remind most of us of sweet corn. Unlike the lady who struggled with her weight and told her friend, but I eat the corn without butter. I'm not going to tell you the punchline, as it might offend some people...)
Alas, I adore sweet corn, but my digestive system does not, and I am craving this item.
I tried to google the title I wrote above, and it just gives me lots of recipes that involve yellow squash and corn. Which was So NOT the point!
Any leads most appreciated.
