I used to untill I was around 14/15. I was told not to sleep in a bra.
Your breasts need to air out. And it’s not good to have something tight around you when you sleep.

My br*easts have been sagging since my early 20s lol.
Without a bra they're just so saggy. On our wedding night my husband made a comment about it and we both laughed like crazy because it was his first time seeing br*easts and had NO idea they weren't naturally perky.
It was also my first time seeing a male tush and I was surprised by how hairy it was.
We laughed a lot that night, as we discovered new things (and sometimes still giggle about it) 😂

I usually wear a non-tight-fitting cotton sleep bra to let them air out. When I don't wear one, they try to suffocate each other...
