My baby is so constipated, it makes me cry for her. She can go 4 days without a dirty diaper and even then she’s screaming and straining for quite a few minutes before it’s out.
I try to avoid dairy as much as possible but she’s still having 3-4 bottles (formula) per day.
Otherwise I give her only homemade stuff like puréed apples, sweet potato, avocado, soup scrambled eggs etc
What can be causing this and how can I treat it?

The formula for sure. Can you switch to almond milk, coconut milk or goats milk? Or even water.
I would give a probiotic, magnesium drops and a little prune juice.
Make sure she's drinking plenty of water.

Didn’t think of the almond milk, that’s a good idea. I hope she would like it.
She’s drinking lots of water.
I tried prune juice but she got so mad she hit me lol
ETA How much milk instead of 2 scoops formula?

Grape juice can help, a few ounces a couple times a day.
