DD is 5.5yo. Her daily food intake is:
Small bowl of HEALTHY cereal for breakfast, with skimmed milk. Sometimes a hot cocoa.
A fruit or veg - eg nectarine, small prepacked compote (very occasionally, I detest them!), raisins, small pot yogurt, carrot, pepper etc.
2 slices wholewheat bread with cheese, egg etc.
A mezonos snack (pretzels, crackers, nish nosh etc).
A second mezonos snack after school.
She usually eats a decent supper - portion of protein, veg and carb. But doesn't always eat all of those food groups.
She's my oldest, is that enough food for her for a day?

Yes just switch to whole milk she needs the fat

I would move her onto whole milk, not skimmed. Children need more fat in their diet than adults.

First of all, what does pediatrician say?
AFAIK your food choices seem to be very good (nothing loaded with sugar etc) As previously said, kids need full fat milk.
You deserve extra praise for including vegetables

I think she's fine. My girls never ate much, and one is a healthy mommy and the other a healthy highschooler ka"h. I think the most important thing is to help them develop healthy attitudes about food.
By the way, between these two girls I have a boy who eats everything that isn't nailed down! The shabbosim he is home I literally make double the food! We leave him alone too.

Is she sleeping well?
Is she calm and happy?
Is she growing?
Different people need different amounts of food. If she is calm, happy, sleeping well, growing in acc with her age, you're doing great.

Thank you for all the replies. BH she's happy and growing, I was just wondering.
Interesting about the milk, where I grew up it was recommended that kids go off whole milk at age 2 as the type of fat in the milk is no longer a 'useful' sort...

Interesting, I just did a quick check and found the following:
Kids aged 1-2 years: full fat milk
Kids aged 2-5 years: semi-skimmed milk
Kids aged 5+: skim milk

AFAIK that is old recommendations. We know today a diet of full fat food in combination with minimal sugar and not too much carbs is what keto is. We know that when all "light products" like light coke and yoghurts with 0% fat in combination with artificial sweeteners overweight exploded in Europe.
Kids and adults have drunk full fat milk generations and they were far slimmer and healthier than us.
Once upon a time margarine was advertised to be the best option as it was cholesterol free (butter has colesterol). Today we know margarine is the worst.
I don't trust health recommendations today, they are all lobbied by food manufacturers to look after their interests, not yours.
