I would just put regular tight leggings under, with same color socks. Khaki, navy, burgundy or black

I wouldn’t put tights on a boy, but if I did only black. It’s supposed to look seamless not like tights, any other color makes the tights stand out.

I wouldn’t do tights with this, I’d just use a blanket to keep baby warm outside and in the car. I don't think it’s dressy enough for tights.
