My 3 and 6 yo kee on liking doors and jumping on the beds.
Friday, dd3 fell on the floor from the bed and knocked herself badly.
What am I supposed to do? I already implemented consequences but they still don't listen.
They throw everything down the floor.
I can't! I sometimes have fresh laundry on the bed and it all gets dirty.

Take them to the park and tell them that they can jump all they want. At home they can't jump.
You may want to take off the mattresses from the bed and put them on the floor, like that they can jump on it and won't hurt themselves. We all go through this.
It IS fun to jump on beds!

There's is no solution. I pretend not to notice when they do it. Nothing helps. Negative nor positive. Trampoline is not an option for me either.

I live with multiple adults and little persons in my 700 sq ft apartment which also has furniture and double and single strollers parked.
I had the same issue as you and bought a little foldable trampoline, a bike for the house, and radio flyer park set which includes a ladder, play station (tiny) and slide, with a garage underneath. All of these (less the bike) are foldable. Whenever I see the kids getting antsy or needing an outlet and I can’t make it to the park, out come the foldable toys. We also have these uneven stepping stones (which are nested when not in use) and little single seesaw rockers…
In my opinion children need a ton of movement which is already limited in school due to todays expectations, now exaggerate that with housing issues and we’re growing little soldiers!
That’s why I bought these items which I absolutely don’t have space for.
