Has anyone heard of Dholydays? Have they done Pesach programs before, Sukkos programs?

Yes. We actually signed up to
Go With them for pesach in Cannes back in 2020. Obviously we didn’t . But they were so precessional and meschlech and returned all the money (a lot of tour operators didn’t) We told ourselves we’d go with them since but it hasn’t worked out too but they stay on our radar.
Consider joining the Facebook pesach program group and asking there, too
