Looking for filter recommendations for Android devices & an iPad.

Want to keep on YouTube, Instagram, Netflix and Whatsapp. Want to take off rest of social media and block all "inappropriate" websites.

We have a filter for our laptop that is over $100 a year and not great. Wondering if there are other options available...

Yeah I pay close to $200 a year and it’s decent but YouTube is definitely a problem because even at the lowest level- it blocks completely fine things like kids videos and sports stuff because it’s not quantified by YouTube and so it blocks it just in case
