For me, real. I hadn't even realized people were doing this passive-aggressively. That's a bummer.

I like to think I am but I guess I can't know for sure! I like to weigh in on interesting conversations and I always try to stay polite and not jump to personal attacks but I'm sure sometimes people would rather I just sit back down already and let others do the talking.

My favorite thing to do is to give support to an OP who I feel is getting unfairly bashed by most of the responders. I think every OP just wants validation at the very least so I try to find at least one thing I can support them on!

The way I work hardest to be an asset is to reread anything I want to post, thinking about whether it said what I felt as kindly and effectively as I can. I'm sure I blow it sometimes, but I try.
