We use Google pics, but some people I know use Snapfish because it's easy to buy the prints you want. I use Google pics and just transfer it to Snapfish as needed

If you have an Android - use Google Plus.
If you have an iPhone - use iCloud+.
If you don't want to pay but have Amazon Prime - use Amazon Photos.
Where are your photos stored for now? That also makes a difference.

We use Google pic, it automatically uploads to the same account from my phone and DH phone.
It also has amazing and great features for searching back photos.
