I will start. I love the Covenant cookbook. It's by owners of a kosher vineyard in CA and the food is delicious, stylish and not fussy. What's yours?

Marblespoon cookbook (the first one), dinner done and best of kosher.
I use those over and over and over.
I also have an old better homes and gardens newlywed cookbook that I use quite often because it has lots of easy simple, basic, classic recipes.

Dinner done for fast easy everyday.
Best of kosher is also very good.
Peas love and carrots, simply gourmet, secret restaurant recipes and real life kosher cooking are all really amazing as well
