I honestly wouldn't trust anyone on here about a baby nurse (no offense).
The best would be to post on Whatsapp status and have everyone ask their friends and relatives for you. This is the best option.

There’s a fantastic mother of multiples WhatsApp group and I know many twin moms have founded nurses through that chat. Including people out of town. Would you be interested in joining?
