Iris Shemesh +1 (718) 506-4442 is so talented and reasonable as well! A few friends recommended her (they were really happy with her) and now that she did it for my home I am so grateful and highly recommend!

She’s originally from Israel and did work for a lot of Frum people around here.

She took our vision for a sunny house (Brooklyn- attached on both sides!) and helped us create that! We flipped the main floor to be on top and put in 3 skylights which make my house so bright, even when no lights are on BH!

One skylight is on top of the steps, which she designed like a u, to bring light to the first floor and basement.

She also really situated our house smartly- like moved the steps to the other side, so we have one fully open/ clear side and the other with all elements near each other… kitchen/ bathroom/ steps/ entry closet/ sitting space.

On the bedroom floor as well, she found a way to maximize the size of four bedrooms we could have by having all these elements back to back: master bathroom/ master closet/ laundry room behind it- opens to hallway.

Once she was done with our arcitect design, she was always available for texts/ questions which she graciously gives advice free of charge: such as the best curtains to get/ steps finishing advice, etc.

Really such a Bracha to have used her!
