I recently started using them, and find the packaging gets stuck on the clothes. Wondering what I'm doing wrong. Do they belong in the dispenser maybe? I throw them into the machine

I stopped using them for this reason. Using cold water it regularly didn't dissolve all the way. Even with warm or hot water occasionally.
