Recently I've seen in supermarkets a newish dip featuring sliced roasted jalapeno peppers, chopped garlic and red pepper flakes swimming in oil. Sheva markets it as "flaker dip", other stores use creative names under their own label. Ranging from $4.49 to $7.99 @ 8 oz, I'd want to experiment making it at home. Any suggestions for a recipe?

I think there's a recipe in more real life kosher cooking by Miriam pascal.
I make it but I don't use a recipe.
Sliced jalapenos
Chopped garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
Avocado oil
Drizzle honey
I suppose you can add red pepper flakes
Bake on 400 for 45 minutes. Mix halfway through.

Do you blend it after?
