Works best for buttocks? I am not proportionate and my lower body is much wider and behind is always showing. Is there any way to get rid of that without losing weight?

I'm not sure about getting rid of it. I think only losing weight can reduce size to a point. But I've made my bottom much tighter, amd thus, less "sticking out" by doing squats, bridges, and leg lifts.

Thanks! What are bridges?
I guess I need to firm it up, bc it looks flabby and sticks out. But weight wise I am regular thin.

I have a big bottom that sticks out and all these exercises just made it even perkier.

Perkier is better than flabby
I weighed under 100 pounds and still had a tush. Sometimes it's the makeup of tour body and you can't change it. But when toned, it will stay firmer and jiggle less, thus calling less attention to it.

Look up glute and thigh workouts on YouTube you’ll find tons.

Lunges, side lunges, regular squats, sumo squats, bridges, ski sits, Romain dead lifts etc. will tone the area.

I’ll just mention to make sure you’re in correct form (especially for your core even when working other parts of your body).

Spin class is a cardio class on an indoor bike. With simulated hills and sprints.
