I ordered a bunch of stuff from fame. 2 things were stamped back ordered on the sheet in the bag. But there is no information about what that means. I have some stuff I need to return and I need to do it within 3 days. Is the back ordered stuff going to be sent to me? What if I need yo return those? Am I going to have to pay to ship twice? Anyone know how this works?

I had similar a year ago
I only paid one shipping fee since it was their fault the other things came late
They said returns are 3 days from when received
I don’t know if they have the same policy

I had that with my summer order. It is very frustrating but I think I would have had to pay return shipping twice. I just kept the second d order because it was only one shirt and not worth the hassle to return again. Email them...I tried but did not reach anyone and you have such short time frame that I returned before the other item came and would have had to pay twice.

Totally try asking them.
They never charged me twice shipping and you could always return within time frame on arrival.

I think “back ordered “ actually means out of stock, but you should ask just to make sure

The stuff is still available on the website to order in my size so don't know what back ordered means. But they responded and said I am getting the stuff and I should send back the things now and if I need to return the other items they will send me a free shipping label.

I had that a few years ago and the stuff never came and I wasn’t refunded until I contacted them. They were super nice about it but please keep track to make sure you get the stuff or get a refund
