I thought so but a broker told us it’s very mixed and there are modern families as well. Wondering if he’s just being a good salesman

The only people moving to Monsey to live in multifamily housing are chasidim and newlyweds. No one else is in Monsey for that. Everyone wants their own house with a yard.
Ok, a few exceptions in Victoria gardens.
