If you give melatonin, what’s the earliest age you would give?
I’m talking about minimal amount to get a child back on schedule.
**Please let’s not make this a bashing fest for those that give. TY.

My ped was OK at age 4.
I did half a kids size one. Just once or twice.

My old pediatrician said 2, my current one says 3. I give half a mg when they nap

My baby was hospitalized at 11 months and once he hit 12 months they allowed him to have.

Give just a bit. I only give 1/4 mg for kids, even up to age 15. I buy the 1mg and cut in 4.
