This is not only relevant to working women but I find buying disposables etc is a way to be kind to myself when overworked.
Would love to hear other ways you are kind to yourself esp if you are an overachiever/martyr kind of personality.
I usually do not boast and brag with my achievements. but does the job always need to be seen to completion…?? perhaps we can be kind to ourselves and allow the job to take longer than we would hope for.
I feel like women of our generation might be overworked. We really need to give to ourselves. How do YOU achieve that?
(Prefer non costly ways—and I’m not a coffee drinker so would love comments without all the drinks since that’s not practical rly)

I bought a big pan of ready made schnitzel (from a cheap caterer in Israel) and I froze it in dinner sized portions. I defrost it weekly for dinner. I also buy pizza Thursday night... That is not so cheap though.
I even use disposables for shabbos because I really don't like dishes.

We rearranged our finances to allow for cleaning help. It feels like a luxury but the only way I reach the end of the day feeling like a mentch.

IKEA has frozen schnitzel for 40 shekel a kilo. It tastes pretty good and it's not a bad price at all.

Overworkers and overachievers are two different things.
What is the focus of this thread?
Women definitely tend to overwork, especially Jewish moms.
But not all of them are overachievers.

The common theme is pushing yourself too hard “I can do it all mentality”. Being kind to yourself is the antidote. Any more ideas?
