I got 2 packs and need ideas. They have beautiful meat on them but I’m not sure in what type of dish they belong. All ideas are appreciated!

Delicious in a mushroom barley soup or vegetable barley soup that gets simmered for 2 hours.

To the poster who wrote that she puts it into a net, why do you do that?

I don't put the bones in a net, but I understand why someone would. If you cook the soup long enough, like in a crockpot, the meat falls off the bones and you'll end up with some big pieces and some little ones that could be annoying to fish out.

So I can take it out neatly in one piece, it has lots of small bones, I don’t want to pick it out of my soup
