The baby redmond powder with Mr cream is truly wonderful. It was recommended to me by the aishes Chayil staff when my newborn had a bleeding rash that would not heal and the mohel threatened hospitalization.
I was in the country now when a woman cried to me that her baby has a crazy rash for weeks and the doctor has given her every cream but nothing worked. We found one single powder and after one day she called me that the rash is basically gone.

Whatever you do, do frequent baths in lieu of wipes & leave baby open to air- no diaper or clothes for as long as you can handle. Only then follow with creams.

Miracle clay is great.
If bright red use anti- fungal

I know. I use a qtip to smear it so it doesn’t go directly on the hands. It’s so worth it. But u need the powder too. Any time a kid has a rash I do this and it works like magic. It’s Worth bearing the smell.
