You say you're looking for not too expensive, but then you listed three of the most expensive you can buy...
I tried a borrowed city tour 2 and I loved how it worked as a stroller but found it somewhat annoying to unfold, and hated that it didn't stand when folded. It was beautifully flat when folded, though, and the lack of stand might not bother you if you keep it in the car all the time. But I decided if I'm paying over $200 for something, it shouldn't annoy me. So I'm still looking because the top recs are beyond my budget.
