you need caterer quality.
good expensive tablecloths that will
hold up to a TON of use.
You should consult with event planners.
Some rental companies will sell you their old stock.

There’s a website that I know someone else who has a tablecloths gemach uses. If you know of someone who runs one (even in another city) they would be the best place to find out where to source.

What’s the website?
I don’t know anyone who has a gemach. I’ve been to a Simcha (not in my city) once and the tablecloths were from a gemach. Very heavy duty type. Not your regular shabbos tablecloth!

The two people that I know that have tablecloths gemachs, make their own. They buy fabric that will hold up to wear and tear and wash nicely and have a seamstress make different size tablecloths from the fabric.

This. My sil is a seamstress and she's done this for more than one tablecloth gemach. They tell her which length tables they want it for, and how many tablecloths and she sews them.
