Neb according to who? She’s three and in a few months it will fit her. I’ve never hemmed a little girls dress before

I'm nebby that way!

It's normal to start out the season a bit long if your kids grow fast. Otherwise you'll be removing the hem in a couple months. Personally I would hem if it's something for yom tov or a special occasion.

Hemming it with give it that oomph you’re looking for. If you’re tight on time or lazy just do a temporary stick on hem. It’ll do the trick for a bit but if washed repeatedly it may come apart.

Maybe I'm a neb too! But hemming for a 3 year old?! She'll grow IY"H and it will fit!!
I'm a seamstress and I wouldn't waste my time... I'll sometimes hem a dress for my 7 year old if it looks really baggy, usually also needs to be taken in but again, I'm a seamstress and it's "free" for me. Or if it's a shabbos robe and she'll trip. By the end of the season you'll just be annoyed that you hemmed it and it's too short.

First off the the word neb, the concept neb, is so antithetical to my life that I can’t even relate. That someone might judge you fro the length of your daughters dress and decide that you aren’t xyz is high school all the way

That said I also never heard of the concept of hemming baby clothes till imamother. Nor did I ever hear the concept of babies wearing short dresses.

Maybe you are a neb. Embrace it! Then you won't have to worry about it anymore.
