Rav in Monsey to speak to about not yet OTD son

My son is not OTD yet. I dont want it to get to that point. But he is slacking in areas. He will go out not dresses like he did doesnt always go daven I suspect he is watching things he shouldnt.
He is hanging out with boys that are not the best.
Would like to speak to someone on how to deal with it.
Unfortunately we dont have a rav we could speak to because he is niftar and we need to find someone else but didnt yet.
