Hi all, I’m trying to find something that mimics the saltiness and chewiness of jerky while being completely vegetarian (no fish or eggs, but dairy okay).
Any ideas? It can be homemade or store bought.
Thanks so much!!

You can marinate and dehydrate mushrooms
They sell them but I don’t know if it’s kosher

Spread shredded cheese on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake at 400 until browned a little and crispy.
