I was offered a job to cook lunch for a boys cheder in Lakewood. It would be about 80 boys. I'm deciding if I should take the job or not, anyone know what type of foods they give in cheders? Also how much can I charge that it would be worth it for me?
Thank you

I don't know, but make sure to factor in your time if you're shopping for these ingredients, putting them away, cooking, packing, delivering the food, cleanup, wear and tear if you're using your kitchen, etc.

IIRC the formula is 33% cost of ingredients and packaging, 33% labour, (you plus any other labour you might hire eg a cleaning lady to clean up) and 33% profit (which covers overheads like electicity and wear and tear.)
Side note: boys eat kugel and cholent during the week????

Also, for such large quantities look into buying wholesale cases of cheese, hot dogs, fish sticks, chicken, meat, etc.
You will probably need to invest in a commercial fridge and freezer.
