What brand and how many years do you have them? I never met anyone that didn't need maintanance after 2 years

After two years isn’t crazy to have to touch up the lace. I’d consider that very good.
At that point, you usually need a color touch up, a trim, it’s normal maintenance .

I am a baal teshuva. I wer tichels because they more comfortable and cheaper. And more fun.
What is the point of natural looking sheitels?
If it doesn't look like you cover your hair, than what is the point? U supposed to publicize, that you are married.
I have seen shietels that are pretty and they look like wigs at the same time, so it's not just beauty. Then, why?

I have 2 lacetop wigs 1 is 7 years and the other 6 I wear them all the time never had an issue nothing to fix yet, I also have a lacefront wig about 8 years old I did fix the lace after about 3 years and not again but I dont wear that one that often

Minna wigs has super flat skin tops and extremely comfortable wigs. It's a newish brand so I believe they are charging less now still (Around $2000). I can get you her number if you're still looking. Pm me

We cover because its the halacha to cover in public and daas yehudis is to add additional coverings than the letter of the law.
It's not to show we are married. That was a side reason.
