I would say they run a little smaller than most (but not all of the other Jewish maternity companies).
I wear a size L in regular clothes. I'm 7 months pregnant and mostly wearing size S maternity from other brands but an M from this one.

I found the spotted/tie dyed shirts to run large compared to the dolman or more fitted v neck ribbed top.
The dressy collection items I tried had no stretch so that you might want to size up, other than the sparkly dolman top.
I found their customer service to be very helpful although it is sometimes hard to reach them.
