Does anyone have an itinerary going from any/nj area ?
We are going with 6 kids ranging 14-3— we have three days to spend there. Would love to know what’s in the area there to do.
Minyan is a must!

Stay near pocono minyan. 100s of houses to rent.
One day we split up at the bike rental at Jim Thorpe. Older half did the long bike ride with transportation. Other half did train ride.
On way up or down hickory run state park. Waterfall hike and Boulder field.
Other ideas
Atv - only older kids
Horseback riding. We did a place on way with pony rides tor younger kids

There are lots of vacation developments in the area with many rentals.
Also hiking - Bushkill or dingman falls
Wolf sanctuary on the way.
Alpine slide/ropes course
Lackawanna coal mine in Scranton (good for rainy days)

Some good suggestions so far. Our last year itinerary also included
Rafting on the Delaware River https://www.watergapadventure.com/
Fishing (Big Brown fish and pay)
Pocono snake and animal farm - a cute little family run zoo. You get to feed and interact with monkeys and other animals like you aren't able to in big commercial zoos.
Mostly explored parks and hiking trails. Lots of beautiful spots. Also check out rope course and horse back riding
Rail bikes sounded like a lot of fun as well but didn't get around to it. https://parailbike.com/

thanks they don't have availability next shabbos were there other airbnbs that werw walkable ?
