I believe they only have certain colors from previous seasons. When I was in the regular shell station they showed me a paper with the colors that the outlet has.

Lots of colors. Yes, there is a dressing room.
We have been a few times. If they have what you need, it is sooo much cheaper. They don’t have basic colors (white, cream, black) but lots of other options. They also have dresses & skirts.
