I am lost, my first boy needs shoes for primary.
PLLEEASE send links. He is going to mainstream yeshiva, not super yeshivesh or modern.

The one you linked is not it. Any dark colored Velcro sneaker is good. He needs to fit in with the other boys. White soles are fine, just the upper needs to be a dark color.
I’m not even buying my boys new sneakers now because I bought at the beginning of the summer and they wear the same sort of thing all year round.

I was just at two shoe stores today and my mind is whirling . I have a son same age.
I’ve seen lots of sneakers similar to this

So I’m thinking if I get a sneaker I will get this. Supposedly it has a nice fit , is comfortable , and has the same look as the ‘Boss’ sneakers without having the huge BOSS logo which most schools prefer avoiding.
I also am still seeing the basic black or navy school shoe with two or three velcroes in all the stores. Really unexciting but maybe it’s just the thing to get ?
