We've gone a few times to the one in Quarryville, PA. It's good for young kids, probably until around 10 years old. My kids loved it. We've once stayed in a tent, and twice in a cabin.

What is there to do? Are the cabins very gross? Is it feasible with a one year old crawling baby

There are pools, water park, mini golf, laser tag, playground plus sometimes a movie night orher activities. The cabins have been very clean. I would definitely recommend one with a bathroom.
